A dual colour display expansion module that extends the functionality of your IP phones

Introduced by Alcatel-Lucent, the new ALE-120 is an extension module that enhances the telephony capabilities of your fixed telephone. Ideal for administration, reception, secretarial or any other sector that needs to provide multiple telephone services simultaneously, this model is a must-have accessory offering performance and ease of use. Compatible with the ALE-300, ALE-400, ALE-500, ALE 20H and ALE 30H models from Alcatel's Enterprise range, it allows you to standardise your workspace thanks to its adjustable stand. The system is scalable and allows the installation of up to 3 ALE-120 units in series when needed, especially in large groups or call centres handling several hundred calls per day. The module can be installed on the right or left side of the telephone (if the telephone is not used). With the telephone connected, it should be installed on the right side.

Smart display and simple use 

By allowing the display of up to 3 virtual pages on the screen of your IP phone and on the dual 2.8" LCD screen, this colour module offers a perfect display of your phone's information, while its 4-way directional keypad allows you to easily navigate between pages. Use the 24 programmable keys to directly access a wide range of telephone functions such as call forwarding, call sharing, transfer, conference, directory, group listening and speed dialing. Finally, the ALE-120 features three USB-C connectors which can be used to connect a headset, USB power supply or PC and can also be used to connect an additional expansion module if required.
