Products must be returned by registered mail or by a transport company with a tracking service.

You can request to return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order in case you change your mind and within 30 calendar days if the goods are faulty or damaged

Onedirect must receive the unwanted product within 14 calendar days of you receiving the Return Reference Number
Once we receive the product and it has been checked thoroughly, a member of our sales team will process your exchange or refund. Refunds, credit notes or exchanges can only be issued if the goods are received in their original state, including packing. So please unbox and re-box all products with care.
Refunds, credit notes or exchanges will be issued within 14 calendar days of us receiving returned products.

Important: Once you have your returns number, make sure that the product you want to return is in its original packaging with all the parts and accessories intact.
For clients that have contracted the "Total Protection Warranty"
If you have contracted the Total Protection Warranty at checkout, you will be eligible for the following conditions:
Get your return period extended to 30 days
Simply call us and we will organize the return of any article that does not suit you or is not functional (according to terms and conditions of sale). We will replace or refund upon receipt of the product (any shipping costs incurred will be at our cost).
Get insured against any damage
Get an extra 7 days after delivery to report any damaged product during shipping. We will replace it or refund it as soon as it is received. Simply call us and we will organize the return of any article that does not suit you or is not functional (according to terms and conditions of sale).
The “Total Protection Warranty”, shown in the invoice, represents an amount of 3.95% of the total amount of your order, with a minimum of £4.95 and a maximum of £99.95. Please note that the Total Protection Warranty stated above apply only to orders for mainland UK. If you do not want to benefit from this insurance, you must uncheck this box. In this case, any return will be at your expense.
