For wholesale orders or bespoke quotations, the shipping cost will vary depending on the product and/or quantity purchased.

Please Note:

  • Delays may occur for orders placed during the Christmas period between December 21st and 31st
  • Cut off time for all dispatches is 12:00
  • Deliveries are sent Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
  • For Saturday or guaranteed early morning deliveries please contact us for rates.
  • Deliveries may be delayed due to stock shortages, late payments or incorrect payment / address details etc.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands: please note that the delivery fees stated above apply to orders for mainland UK. If you require delivery to these locations, fees may be higher and are calculated depending on the weight and dimensions of each package. Please contact us for rates.

At Onedirect 96% of orders made before 12:00 are sent the same day!

We work with different shipping companies to make sure you get the best service possible, with orders sent out every day from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

For a certain few products that have to be ordered directly from our suppliers delivery can take between 8 and 10 days. These cases are beyond Onedirect’s control.

Please note: Incorrect information can hold up the delivery process. Please make sure that your payment details and delivery address are correct, so we can ensure that you get your orders as quickly as possible.


In the unlikely event that a product is not in stock, we will contact our suppliers to make sure you get it as soon as possible. If you have any further queries regarding this, please contact us on 0333 123 3050.


When you place an order you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email that will allow you to track the delivery status of your order in real time until it is delivered.

You can also check the status of your order on your personal account page of our website, where a link to the transport company's website will allow you to track your order


If you have contracted the Total Protection Warranty at checkout, you will be eligible for the following conditions:

GET YOUR RETURN PERIOD EXTENDED TO 30 DAYS

Simply call us and we will organize the return of any article that does not suit you or is not functional (according to terms and conditions of sale). We will replace or refund upon receipt of the product (any shipping costs incurred will be at our cost).


GET INSURED AGAINST ANY DAMAGE

Get an extra 7 days after delivery to report any damaged product during shipping. We will replace it or refund it as soon as it is received. Simply call us and we will organize the return of any article that does not suit you or is not functional (according to terms and conditions of sale).


The “Total Protection Warranty”, shown in the invoice, represents an amount of 3.95% of the total amount of your order, with a minimum of £4.95 and a maximum of £99.95. Please note that the Total Protection Warranty stated above apply only to orders for mainland UK. If you do not want to benefit from this insurance, you must uncheck this box. In this case, any return will be at your expense.
