Connectivity 

Support for NFC connectivity, along with the two available USB-C connectors, allows you to use this ALE-500 according to your communication preferences: via the traditional (handheld) headset, via hands-free mode, or using a wired or wireless headset. Powered by a Class 2 PoE Ethernet cable, the phone supports VPN, a security system that provides secure communications, a feature especially appreciated by employees working from home.

The new Alcatel-Lucent ALE-500 is a true all-in-one phone that incorporates all the audio-visual components necessary for optimal communication. The big brother of the ALE-300 and ALE-400, the ALE-500 features a large 5.5" colour LCD touch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels for easy viewing and dialling, and a 12-key numeric keypad fully integrated into the IP phone's touch screen. Use the 10 context-sensitive keys and 5 programmable buttons to intelligently manage your calls and audio settings, with direct access to your favourite or recurring actions.

With all the classic features of a desktop phone, this new model offers a more immersive sound experience than ever before thanks to its innovative components. Supporting super wideband communication via handset, handsfree and headset, this phone offers a 3D symphonic HD transmission of your caller's speech with its all-new cylindrical soundbar and acoustic echo cancellation. Compatible with hearing aids, the ALE-500, thanks to the combination of three microphones and the voice activity detection system (differentiation of voice from noise), transmits all your words with unprecedented precision and fluency, for optimal communication in all circumstances.
