It combines an attractive new ergonomic design with 720p HD video and wideband audio for crystal clear voice and video communications and reliability. The 8845 encrypts video and voice communications for security, and offers access to a complete set of unified communications features.

Additionally, Cisco Intelligent Proximity combines the worlds of desk phone and mobile for you when you use your mobile device on the desktop for work. You can move the audio path to 8845 during active mobile calls to take advantage of its excellent audio acoustics. An example would be sharing a conversation with a listening colleague. This ability gives you more flexibility when you're at your desk.

Offers 5 programmable SIP lines

The Cisco 8845 IP Phone offers 5 programmable SIP lines. You can configure passwords to support multiple directory numbers or calling features such as speed dial. You can also increase productivity by handling multiple calls for each directory number, using the multi-line function per line. Fixed function keys give you one-touch access to applications, messages, directory, as well as frequently used calling functions such as hold/resume, transfer and conference. Backlit acoustic keys provide flexibility for selecting and switching the audio path.
