Do all voip sip phones have the ability to record the ongoing phone call. This will be used in domestic set up. Also poe and seperate power supply wheir possible

Most IP phones don't record calls, this is a service you might be able to get with your voice provider. As for the power, most IP phones are PoE (powered over ethernet) and if you don't have PoE then normally is possible to use an external power supply.
