The EPOS DW Office ML + Handset Lifter is a stylish professional cordless headset for desk and soft phones. This version has been optimized for using with Microsoft Lync.

With its sleek modern design, this cordless headset is ideal for people who spend much of the day talking on the phone, with a generous talk time of 8 hours either on a traditional analogue line or on softphones. The EPOS DW Office connects to your office phone via an RJ11 telephone cable and to your PC via USB.
You can easily switch between telephone and PC calls with a one touch button on the base. It comes with both a headband and an earloop, so you can choose the style that most suits you, and its monaural style means that you can keep one ear on what is going on around you whilst talking on the phone.
Its noise cancelling microphone filters out background noise and with a range of 180m in open spaces and 55m in offices it gives you the freedom to move around.
The DW Office ML also provides protection against acoustic shocks, thanks to the integrated ActiveGard technology, which automatically limits volume to a maximum of 85dB.

This model is ideal for use with handset lifters and electronic hook switches, which make it possible for you to answer and end calls without being next to your telephone.

HSL10 II handset lifter

Connecting your EPOS headset to the HLS10 handset lifter means that you no longer need to be in your office to answer your phone, giving you the freedom to stay reachable whilst you are moving around, which is absolutely vital for managers and call centre workers. Once your handset lifter is installed (which takes less than 2 minutes), you'll be able to answer and end calls by simply pressing a button on your headset.
