Fanvil ATA GA10: Migrate from analogue telephony to VoIP
A true SIP ATA gateway, the new Fanvil GA10 enables analogue phone users to move to VoIP. Conveniently compact and portable, it is a stable and cost-effective communications solution for consumers, businesses and operators looking to deploy VoIP. Supporting G.722 and Opus audio codecs as well as 2 SIP lines, the module is easy to install, with two mounting options (tabletop or wall-mounted) providing a greater degree of flexibility for everyone.
Analogue telephones, when connected to the Fanvil GA10, can maximise communication efficiency by taking advantage of advanced features such as 3-way audio conferencing. The versatile Fanvil GA10 can also be used as a local extension for phones. In this case, the GA10 converts analogue calls into SIP calls and allows every business to benefit from efficient and smooth communications at a low cost.
The Fanvil ATA GA10 converts an IP (VoIP) line into analogue so you can use devices that still use an analogue connection. If its going to work or not it will depend on the type of connection used by your external bell and the way it workd, for this you need to contact the manufacturer of the bell, last but not least, you need to make sure BT will also allow its use.
