Hi I work from home as a call centre agent and have been off work for a few weeks due to strained vocal cords. I am due back to work next week and I am trying to find the best headset that will project my voice to the maximum without me having to raise my voice. Is there a headset that is better for doing this that others?
Probably in your case is best to buy a headset that is cordless, most come with a mic volume knob where you can increase it so you dont have to raise your voice.
