Hi there, I am a hearing aid user working in a contact centre. At present using a normal headset I can not hear the caller clearly when on call and then when off the call can not hear my co workers around me as I am currently not able to wear my BTE hearing aids with this headset. Will this new headset allow me to wear my hearing aids normally between calls and only go into telecoil mode when a call comes through? I need to be able to hear my colleagues and also the caller without manually switching the aids on and off 100 times a day. Thanks!
