They are different style of headsets, the Blackwire 5210 is a corded headset and the Evolve 65 is a cordless headset. Without taking into consideration the wire then both headsets are similar in shape and portability. If you are looking for something more portable checkout the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex series, the only downside of these series is that it only comes with stereo headsets.
