The DP1400 will work with any existing analogue radios in your fleet immediately, whilst the noise-cancelling software allows the user to hear and be heard in all environments, even in circumstances that require discreet radio use, Automatic Gain Control (AGC) technology ensures that the volume will automatically be boosted on the receiving end of the call. Programmable side buttons with ergonomic design ensure all-important and frequently-used functions can be accessed from just one touch.
All Motorola radios are built to last - the Motorola Accelerated Life Test program simulates 5 years of hard service, and all radios have passed this thoroughly extensive test. The Motorola DP1400 features a 6-setting scan function, 16 channels and selective calling, as well as a range of call tones, programmable buttons and VOX capability. It is also compatible with text messaging, one-to-one calling and private line communication (analogue and digital). With built-in scrambling, MDC/QCI/Digital signalling and busy channel lockout, the DP1400 is equipped to handle any situation.

If you already have a license, please send us the last page of your license papers. Alternatively, you can send us one of the radios from your existing fleet, so we can copy the frequencies and programme your new radios.

How to apply for a licence:
PLEASE NOTE *The maximum range given by manufacturers is based on ideal conditions, such as from hilltop to hilltop, but the range you actually get will be much less if you are in a built-up area. Trees, walls, hills and even the weather can affect the range of your two-way radio. Rule of thumb is that for every 1 watt you will get 1 mile of coverage guarantee, or more depending on the conditions.
