Product description

The walkie-talkie for secure and efficient communications!

The new Motorola DP2400E UHF walkie-talkie has evolved to offer security and efficient communications to its customers. Ideal for workers who need to maintain effective communication daily, this system has improved audio, becoming the best cost-effective solution for your business.

Shock resistant

With IP67 protection, the DP2400 has shock-resistant housing (MIL-SPEC), meant to resist dust water. The improved battery life allows for communication for up to 28 hours.

16 channels

This amazing device provides great coverage by having 16 channels and a receiver that improves sensitivity. An intelligent audio system is integrated, allowing the notebook volume to adjust automatically and compensate for background noise.

Noise-cancelling technology

To improve the audio quality, the DP2400E comes with noise-cancelling technology, ensuring efficient communication. You can ensure that your conversations will be crystal clear and free from interruptions.

Safety first

Thinking about worker safety, this model has created an immediate response capability that allows you to remotely activate the radio and to verify the person's safety. It also comes with privacy options to prevent other people from listening to your conversations, as you can also deactivate the radio in case it is stolen or lost.

Digital vs Analogue mode

The Motorola DP2400E UHF can operate in both analogue and digital mode. The most important characteristics of operating in analogue mode are:

  • CTCSS subaudible tones
  • Led Tricolor
  • Channelling 12.5 and/or 25 KHz
  • Better texture of PTT
  • The possibility of signalling by 5 tones

The advantages of operating in digital mode are the improved audio quality and coverage, longer battery life, greater robustness and reliability, secure communications, selective call, text messages, GPS option according to models and easy integration.

This Motorola two way radio is available to be programmed as:

UHF: 403 - 470 MHz

*The maximum range given by manufacturers is based on ideal conditions, such as from hilltop to hilltop, but the range you actually get will be much less if you are in a built-up area. Trees, walls, hills and even the weather can affect the range of your two-way radio. Rule of thumb is that for every 1 watt you will get 1 mile of coverage guarantee, or more depending on the conditions.
