My daughter has severe m.e. and cannot tolerate the noise of the ceiling hoist above her bed. Ithas a high pitch which her current ear defenders at 37 dB don't offer much help with. Will these be any better at deadening the sound?

These ear defenders also reduce noise by 37db so they are not different from the ones you already have. These are currently the ear defenders we have with the most noise reduction.
