The Peltor X series consists of five high perfomance colour-coded ear defender, offering different levels of passive protection for a broad range of industries. The series has been designed to make it easy for users to choose the right level of protection for their needs,while the electrically insulated twin headband design provides a balanced and comfortable fit.

The Peltor X5A is the highest attenuating ear muff on the market, with an SNR of 37dB, making these ideal for protection against very loud noise levels, such as in airports, paper mills, music studios, and shooting ranges. Its large cups and cushions use a special combination of formulated foam technology and have a newly designed spacer. Despite the large size of the cups, this is a lightweight ear muff, which is very comfortable and evenly balanced, even for all-day use.
