The Philips DPM6000 Voice Recorder is a pocket memo device where you can start recording at the flick of a switch, with DSS recording it is perfectly optimised for speech recognition software to make your life easier.
Extensive software
DSS format allows you to highly compress audio files without losing out on audio quality, additionally, you can store more information in the file header to help organise your library and for transcription purposes. The included SpeechExec workflow software enables you to manage all your documents between author and transcriptionist, check for progress and to monitor your work status.
Clever features
The DPM6000 has a priority setting where you can rank your recordings so that the most urgent pieces of work can be processed first. While you wait your recorder will charge in its docking station as your transfer the files to your computer via USB. With an optional foot pedal, you can also use this docking station for hands-free recording and transcription without the need for a computer.

This pocket memo is designed for single-handed use and has a robust, ergonomic casing that fits snugly in your hand. All recording and playback features enable you to quickly edit your files (insert, overwrite, append) using convenient push-button operation.
