Poly Savi 8220 Microsoft. 207326-02 Please could you confirm manufacturer date of the stock you have ? I have two from October 22 which rattle and the quality is poor, I have a January 2023 model at my work which is much better and you can visibly see the difference in build quality, I’m trying to replace mine with Jan 23 onwards, I tried through warranty but ended up with the same. Hello James,
I cannot give an exact date unfortunately however, we typically drop ship these from our suppliers who always have new stock arriving from manufacturers every couple of weeks. These were previously under constraint so any current stock will be the most recently built.
