The Polycom Soundstation 2 EX with Microphones is one of a range of new generation expandable conference phones for small to medium-size conferences of up to 10 participants with the flexibility of coming with 2 additional microphones to expand to up to 30 people for any large-size conferences.

 

With Polycom's Acoustic clarity technology, industry leading full-duplex technology, Dynamic Noise Reduction, 360 degree microphone coverage, and resistance to interference from mobile devices, this phone provides exceptional sound quality for crystal clear and life-like conference calls.  Users can speak in normal voice and be heard clearly from up to 10 feet away as well as supporting the two additional microphones ensuring everyone in the room is heard.  The intelligent microphone system means that only the microphone closest to the person speaking activates, resulting in clear conversations with no background noise.  The Soundstation 2 can also be plugged into most mobile phones for conference calls from places that do not have an analogue line.  With its traditional phone interface, this is an easy phone to use with familiar functions such as redial, mute, transfer and hold.

 

The backlit LCD screen on this model provides quick and easy access to information and functions such as caller ID, console phone number, duration/progress of call, directory.

 

The expandable conference phone is extremely easy to install by simply connecting a cable to your telephone line and another to the power source.

*Soundstation 2 uses a cable that connects to a standard 2.mm headset connector.  If your mobile phone model does not support this type of connection you will need an adapter (not included).
