The 3M™ PELTOR™ WS™ LiteCom Plus headband headset is a hearing protector with an analog two-way communication radio (allowing communication with any other LiteCom headset or PMR446 radio nearby, programmed on the same channel), a level-dependent hearing function, and an external connection option ideal for use in noisy environments. The headband design offers comfortable pressure during extended use, ensuring it won't cause discomfort throughout your workday, and it can be adjusted to fit your head for an optimal and personalized fit. It is suitable for use in industrial applications, power plants, construction sites, ground support at airports, engine rooms, or anywhere communication, hands-free operation, and hearing protection are necessary.

Bluetooth Technology

This hearing protector is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to pair it with up to two devices simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication and hands-free operation. The advantage is that you can remain protected without having to remove the headset if you receive a mobile call, for example, that you have paired with the headset. This system prevents interruptions during your work. The level-dependent function helps you hear important sounds in the environment and communicate with nearby individuals without compromising hearing protection.

Long Range and High Autonomy

The maximum output range is up to 2 km outdoors, but this will depend on environmental conditions and atmospheric factors. It has a battery life of up to 18 hours using the included 3M™ PELTOR™ ACK081 battery, 3.7V and 1800mA. The standby time is 90 hours.

Ease of Use

Voice-activated transmission (VOX) makes hands-free operation easy, as the transmission automatically activates when it detects your voice, without needing to press any buttons. The external connection port allows you to connect an external communication device via a cable. Five easy-to-find function keys and voice-guided menus (in multiple languages) allow you to manage modes and settings. The quick Push-to-Listen activation of the level-dependent function helps combine hearing protection with ambient listening, allowing you to hear important environmental sounds such as external alarms or approaching vehicles. It also enables face-to-face communication at close range. The analog radio's selective mute with CTCSS tones allows multiple users to work on the same channel without hearing each other.
