4K Video Conferencing Camera for Large Rooms – Dual Optics, 24x Zoom, and 95° Viewing Angle

The new high-end Cam550 is designed for medium and large meeting rooms. With two 4K UHD lenses, it enables automatic framing of participants during meetings.

Its simple Plug & Play USB connection to a PC, Mac, or Chromebook allows you to set up meetings in just minutes, and it is compatible with major communication platforms: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.

What power options does it offer?

The Cam550 can be powered via mains electricity or Ethernet using PoE+. This solution allows manual camera control via a web interface, as well as remote and centralised updates and management. To do this, you’ll need to download the EZ Manager 2 software.

Why is it considered a smart camera?

It integrates artificial intelligence with pan and tilt movement, offering a 95° viewing angle thanks to its two 4K HD lenses. AI helps guide movement, crop the image, and more. You can set presets so the camera adjusts its framing in specific zones when a speaker moves within them. These zones can be either separate or continuous, as long as they are within the second camera’s field of view.

It also supports participant thumbnails with the Gallery View function, displaying up to 20 individuals present in the room.

Always used with the PTZApp 2 software, the Smart Gallery option offers a vertical display around a general room view or a larger individual view of each participant.

The CAM550 can also be manually controlled using the supplied remote or via gesture control. To activate or deactivate AI tracking, raise your index finger beside your face. When AI is inactive, zoom in by raising your hand above your head, and zoom out by holding a closed fist near your head.
