The GN DanaSwitch Call Recorder & Listening Switch connects your telephone allowing you to record and listen to phone conversations at the same time. An easy-to-use solution, ideal for call centre training and supervision.
Connectivity
Connects to your telephone phone headset socket and via a 3.5mm jack cable to your voice recording device. The Danaswitch is compatible with most phones on the market and easy to install in seconds for training use.

I use this product every day and it gives me complete satisfaction. It is light, adapts to any type of phone or headset, is efficient in terms of recording (Transmitter / Receiver). A negative point: the plastic tab is too fragile and breaks easily.

It didn't work as it should, the person on the phone heard an annoying return of voice, I'm waiting for the second device to replace it.

very useful for recording conversations. For my part, I connected it directly to the microphone socket of my computer to dispense with a dictaphone.
