The Plantronics Entera Mono is a great value headset which is ideal for use in call centres. It features a crystal clear wideband sound and a noise cancelling microphone which filters out 92% of background noise. The Mono version has earpiece with a comfortable foam cushion which is been designed specifically for all-day use and is ideal for people who need to stay aware of what is going on around them while they talk. The Quick Disconnect function allows users to end calls without taking the microphone off.
