Designed for medium and large businesses, this base allows for covering an entire building from the top floor to the ground floor, so that all employees are able to communicate daily. In addition, W90B is a multi-cell system, which means that it is able to switch automatically from one terminal to another when the professional is in motion. This means that every professional will remain on the call even while on the road, and all users will have access to all company contacts, whether they are on the ground floor or on the top floor of their establishment.

Operating via the radio wave transmission of DECT technology, this Yealink W90B base offers substantial  wireless range for its users, so that they can combine mobility with everyday communication . Each base of this system offers between 50 and 180 metres of range depending on the environment, so that everyone can communicate with their colleagues on-the-move when this is necessary.

Simplified deployment and flexible installation

As mentioned previously, Yealink’s W90B base is a multi-cell system that is suitable for medium-sized and large businesses. It is a scalable  and flexible solution that each business can adapt to its premises. With the W90B, it is possible to connect up to 60 base stations per master unit (W90DM), so that each establishment has full telephone DECT coverage . In addition, mass deployment can be easily achieved by means of a general remote configuration of all handsets and DECT bases via Yealink's DECT Manager portal. This platform also enables device maintenance and updates to centralise operations and benefit from simplified management of your DECT systems.

Lastly, its built-in PoE interface saves professionals time and space when plugging in their system, as they can connect their base to both the network and power through a single connection cable.

Advanced features for secure communications

This W90B DECT base, compatible with the W53H, W56H, W59R, CP930W and DD (T54W + DD10K) phones, includes more powerful technical features than the rest, so that every professional can take part in high-definition telephone exchanges. Professionals are able to add up to 250 handsets, allowing them to make up to 250 calls simultaneously, an ideal environment for businesses with a large number of employees. They will then be able to make up to 8 calls on each base and up to 2 simultaneous calls on each handset to communicate effectively with colleagues, no matter where they are in their business. 

On audio, Yealink also sets the bar high so that interactions with colleagues are as close to reality as possible. The audio properties of the W90B base include: a Full-Duplex speaker for smooth speech transmission, a silent mode, a built-in mute function or the possibility to configure waiting messages. Lastly, the bases are compatible with all hearing aids, so that persons concerned are not affected by interference between their devices and their phone operating through the base on a daily basis, and so that they can communicate with complete peace of mind.

Lastly, the AES encryption protocol built into each Yealink W90B base allows professionals to benefit from enhanced security in their communications. This option ensures reliability for users, who will benefit from effective encryption of their exchanges so that the data is not diverted and used for negative purposes.
