The EPOS IMPACT SDW 5065 is a wireless duo headset that meets the needs of professional office workers, offering maximum flexibility in the office. It is optimised for UC brands and certified for Skype for Business.

Full flexibility

Firstly, the EPOS IMPACT SDW 5065 comes with soft artificial leather ear cushions. As a result, the ear pads offer all-day comfort and effective noise reduction. Therefore, this headset is an excellent option for long-term use. The SDW 5 BS base station offers maximum flexibility and works with all SDW 5000 headsets. Connect an EPOS Bluetooth headset or wired headset or speakerphone, according to your requirements.

Several connection options

The EPOS IMPACT SDW 5065 can be connected to desk phones and a PC/softphone. With the included cable, you can convert this EPOS headset into a wired headset by connecting the cable to the USB port of the base station. It is also possible to connect the headset to a mobile device, this can be done with the optional Bluetooth dongle BTD 800 (sold separately).

Collaborate and communicate

The IMPACT SDW 5000 series has a variety of different features that promote collaboration and communication, for example, intelligent controls on the base station facilitate call management. The busy light allows you to stay focused while making calls and during conferences, also the busy light can be synchronised with Teams. Managing and updating the configurations is easy via the EPOS HeadSetup Pro manager software.
