Of course, you don't have to buy each item separately. To make your life easier (and save money), you can equip your video room with turnkey solutions:

  • Videoconferencing kits: it is the fastest way to equip a meeting room. USB or autonomous, usually include all audiovisual capture tools (cameras, microphones, speakers). However, they do not include the display screen.
  • Stations: These are sets that include ALL video equipment (mini-PC, camera, microphones, speakers), AND a monitor (with floor stand). The station turns any room into a video conference room.

The internet connection:

As we have already said, a good network connection is THE BASIS of all remote collaboration. Just a reminder: no internet connection = no access to video software...!
